About Us
PRESENCE
IN MOTION
LïWei (立未) originates in the Hanzi writing tradition and Eastern thought. It carries a way of relating to time: to stand in the present, to sense the state of things as they change, and to see what is still becoming as already moving toward the future.
We observe the flow between nature, scene, and human emotion, translating the state of the present into visual expression with lasting value.
We believe truly meaningful results come from sustained focus on the process. It is through this devotion that each creative process becomes an engagement with the present and a way of responding to the future.
